SAKURA SEOUL TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of sakuraseoul.com and purchases made from Sakura Seoul. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. ABOUT US AND CONTACT

Sakura Seoul is an online beauty retailer operating in the United Kingdom. You can contact us through the Contact page on sakuraseoul.com. Our full business identity and contact details are provided in the Contact Information section of the website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering.

3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your screen, and manufacturers may change packaging, ingredients or formulations without notice. Always read the product label and instructions supplied with the item before use.

Product information is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Perform a patch test where appropriate and seek professional advice if you have allergies, sensitivities, a medical condition or concerns about suitability.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK VAT where required. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We may change prices and promotions at any time before an order is accepted. If a genuine pricing or listing error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel and refund the affected item.

Payment must be authorised through one of the methods offered at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation, or when we otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, a pricing or listing error occurred, purchase limits were exceeded, fraud is suspected or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled item, it will be refunded.

6. AVAILABILITY AND PURCHASE LIMITS

All products are subject to availability. Stock records can occasionally be inaccurate because of damage, counting errors or simultaneous orders. We may limit quantities to support fair availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and provide a refund or another lawful remedy.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery options, charges and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person nominated by you. Ownership passes after we receive full payment and the goods are dispatched.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible products may be returned under our 30-day returns policy, subject to the condition and hygiene requirements stated there.

Sealed cosmetics and personal-care goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may lose change-of-mind return eligibility once unsealed. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

9. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods do not meet these standards, you may have rights to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us promptly with your order details and evidence of the issue.

10. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND GIFTS

Promotions may have additional terms, eligibility criteria, dates, purchase thresholds and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.

If goods purchased as part of a multibuy or gift-with-purchase promotion are returned, the remaining order may be repriced or the promotional gift may need to be returned, where permitted by law and explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

11. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for activity through your customer account and for maintaining control of access to your email. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been used without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently or abusively, including where return activity indicates misuse, while respecting applicable consumer rights.

12. WEBSITE USE

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, impersonate others or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

We may update, restrict or temporarily suspend website functionality for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Sakura Seoul name, branding, website design, original text, graphics and other content belong to Sakura Seoul or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use. No content may be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Any review or other content you submit must be honest, lawful and based on genuine experience. It must not be defamatory, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, obscene or contain personal information about another person. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.

15. LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

16. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Payments and certain website functions are provided by Shopify and other service providers acting under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, services or business practices. The terms applying to an order are those in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where they live.

19. GENERAL

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. No person other than you and Sakura Seoul has rights under these terms, except where the law provides otherwise.
